Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-6 business days. Delivery duration may slightly vary depending on the pincode. Customers are requested to provide an accurate and complete delivery address to avoid delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

3. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to track your delivery. Just click on the link to view your order's status.

4. Delivery delays

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time and work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your packages reach you safely. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, festive seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cash on delivery (COD) orders

For COD orders, we follow an order confirmation process before shipping. Our team may contact customers via phone call to confirm the order, and the order will be dispatched only after confirmation. If we're unable to receive a response after multiple attempts, the order will automatically be cancelled. Note: For certain pincodes, COD is not available.
