At Daniya Cosmetics, every order is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Skin Irritation & Allergies
All skin types are different, and individual reactions to cosmetic products may vary. Daniya Cosmetics is not responsible for any skin irritation, allergic reaction, sensitivity, or adverse effects caused after using our products.
Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if necessary.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or dissatisfaction related to personal preference.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if any item is missing from the order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the package and products
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Without a proper unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
After verification, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or promotional items
- Shade mismatch or personal dislike
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
